Delivery Policy
All purchases will be mailed out as soon as confirmation of payment is received, or within 14 days of receipt of orders to allow clearance of funds.
Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
Books returned for replacement or refund will only be accepted if the damage is due to our fault in packing.
Any damage caused by postal services is the responsibility of said postal service.
Cancellation of order will only be accepted if said cancellation is notified by email within 24 hours of placing the order.
A 20 % cancellation fee will be deducted from the total cost of refund of order for administration of said cancellation.
All transactions are subject to the above terms and conditions, and governed by English Law.
